About Legion of Mary

The Legion of Mary is a lay Catholic organisation whose members serve the Church on a voluntary basis as soldiers of Mary. Members carry out apostolic work including home visitation, hospital ministry, prison ministry, and evangelisation.

History

The Legion of Mary Praesidium at Moodubelle has been active in apostolic work, bringing the love of Christ and Mary to every home in the parish.

Objectives

To sanctify members through prayer and apostolic work; to visit families and the sick; to promote devotion to Mary; to assist the parish priest in pastoral work.
